But why would the login be smaller on one website and larger on another if bothnwebsites have exactly the same template with the same code missing? Why the different behaviour? It doesn't make sense!The second site you quoted has the same problem as the first - and the required style is missing from your template.css file. Ask the muta template developer for an updated style sheet.
